CHI Memorial Family Practice Holds Grand Re-Opening Ceremony

The Walker County Chamber of Commerce will hold a Ribbon Cutting and Open House ceremony to celebrate the grand re-opening of CHI Memorial Family Practice at 101 Kington Lane in Chickamauga, on Friday, May 13 at 3 p.m.  

Paul Ballinger (PhD, PAC) will provide primary care services at the clinic, with oversight provided by Dr. Richard C. Smith.

The practice is open Monday through Friday  from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Call 706-375-9400 for an appointment,
