Patrick Sharrock, the teen who inspired people all around the world, passed away in his sleep Friday morning.
Patrick had a condition known as Ostegenesis Imperfecta, or brittle bone disease, and was confined to a wheelchair. But his disease did not keep him down and he encouraged people all around him.
Patrick was hospitalized earlier this summer, and then later organized a blood drive for the hospital where he has been staying.
Patrick and his family received a home from the TV show Extreme Makeover Home Edition in 2011.
