Former Chattanooga Lookout, Trevor Hoffman, Selected To MLB Hall Of Fame

Pitcher Trevor Hoffman has become the first former Chattanooga Lookout to enter MLB's Hall of Fame since Harmon Killebrew in 1984. The converted shortstop pitched in 14 games with eight saves for the 1991 Lookouts. He appeared in six games for the 1992 Lookouts with six saves before moving to Triple-A. Hoffman was called up to the Majors in 1993. He will be inducted on July 29, 2018 in Cooperstown, NY.
