Middle School Division: Lachi Tate, 8th Grade, East Lake Academy
Elementary School Division: Emma Hornsby, 5th Grade, Orchard Knob Elementary
Mayor Coppinger will recognize the winners of the annual Hamilton Shines Billboard Art Contest at each of their schools.
Each student will receive a plaque, pin and a poster rendition of their billboard. The billboard featuring their artwork will be posted near their school.
The Hamilton Shines Billboard Art Contest is co-sponsored by the Scenic Cities Beautiful Commission in cooperation with the Hamilton County Department of Education.
