A Chattanooga gang member who served one federal prison sentence, then got into trouble again after his release, has been sentenced by Judge Sandy Mattice.
Ronald Crumsey was given 33 months on the new violation. He got a two-year sentence for violating the terms of his supervised release.
Chattanooga Police on Nov. 22, 2017, found Crumsey in a house with other gang members. Crumsey was among those who tried to flee.
He was seen tossing a baggie that had over eight ounces of cocaine in it.
Crumsey also had a small bag of marijuana and $877 cash on him.
Both convictions were in felony drug cases.
