Dominique Collins Brought Back To Chattanooga To Face Charges In Circle K Shooting

Dominique Lebron Collins has been brought back to Chattanooga to face charges from a shooting a the Circle K on Shallowford Road on April 13.

Collins was arrested in Lynchburg, Va., in May after being placed on the TBI's Most Wanted List.

He was picked up on Tuesday at the Lynchburg Detention Center and brought to the Hamilton County Jail.

Police said Leonard Myree got into an argument with Circle K employee Adrienne Douglas, who said she was going to call someone. Police said she called her son (Collins) as Myree called police.

Myree said he was outside waiting for police to arrive when a white SUV pulled up. He said Collins got out of the vehicle and asked him if he had called his mother a "bitch." He said Collins then pulled out a pistol and shot him in the chest.

Myree picked Collins from a photo lineup.

Collins is charged with attempted first-degree murder, reckless endangerment, aggravated assault and two weapons charges.
