Humane Educational Society Breaking Ground On New Facility This Thursday

The Humane Educational Society of Chattanooga invites the public to the groundbreaking of their animal facility, 4155 Randolph Circle in Chattanooga, on Thursday at 10 a.m.

"The new facility will be a much-needed upgrade from the current animal center," officials said.

Mayor Jim Coppinger, HES Executive Director Phil Snyder and Zan Guerry will give remarks, and Board President Tai Federico will also make a special announcement about the new facility.
