A man walking on King Street in Cleveland was hit by a vehicle Friday night.
The driver called 911 and gave aid to the victim until first responders arrived.
The man was airlifted by LifeForce to a hospital.
Cleveland Police said the man was wearing dark clothing. They said the weather also contributed to the accident.
Police said it is not believed the driver was impaired.
