Wallace Jones
Wallace Jones, 75, passed away on Sunday, February 24, 2019, at his residence.
He retired from McKee Bakery after 32 years of service. Wallace was an avid fisherman and football fan. He was of Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Irma Ledwell Jones; parents, Lee and Emmer Jones and siblings, Louella Mitchell, Lydia Earwood, Lillie Lewis, Margie Jones, Clara B. Jones, Mary Ann Sweatman, Cora Lee Blackwell, Ray Jones and John W. Jones.
He is survived by his four children, Jacky Lee Jones and wife, Debra of Cleveland, Sonya Allen and husband, Michael of Harrison, Angela Cofer and Husband, Mike of Cleveland and L. Annette Myers and husband, Tommy of Cleveland; grandchildren, Tommy and Joseph Jones, Sarah Nobles and Hayden Robinson, Jennifer Newman, Lyndsey and Chelsea Myers, Brandon Allen, Maranda Reffner, Rebecca Peek and Joshua Cofer; several great-grandchildren; two brothers, Harold Jones of Cleveland and David Jones of Benton.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 27, in the chapel of Fike-Randolph and Son Funeral Home with Pastor David Gray officiating. Interment will follow in Hilcrest Memorial Gardens with Joe Renner, Darel Jones, Ander Jones, Johnny Jones, Michael Newman, Wes Nobles serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends from 4–7 p.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 26, at the funeral home.
