Woman, 32, Who Was Shot Multiple Times In The Head At Westside, Dies

Police said a 32-year-old woman who was  shot at 779 W. Main Street Court on the Westside last Tuesday has died.

She was identified as Bernice Williams.

At the time, police sahd she had been shot multiple times in the head and had "non-survivable injuries."

Robert Rodricus Orr, 28, of 1750 Newell Ave., is charged with two counts of attempted first-degree murder, possession of a handgun during the commission of a felony, and being a felon in possession of a handgun. He was convicted of robbery in 2013.

One of the charges is expected to be upgraded to first-degree murder.

Police responded at 12:34 a.m. and found the two shooting victims. The other person had been shot in the neck.

There was a large pool of blood on a couch in the living room.

Numerous shell casings were throughout the room.

The person who was shot in the neck said Orr shot them first, then turned the gun on Ms. Williams.
