A man, 33, was shot Monday night on Kinser Circle.
At approximately 10:16 p.m, Chattanooga Police were notified of a person shot near Nolin Lane and Airport Road. Upon arrival, police located the victim who had a gunshot wound.
Hamilton County EMS responded to the scene but the victim declined treatment. The victim advised he had been shot in the 600 block of Kinser Circle.
CPD's Violent Crimes Bureau responded to conduct further investigation.
