Due to the structure being vacant and also it being the second time in less than two weeks that units responded to this location for a reported fire, Investigators Anthony Moore and Jason Rains were notified by Capt. Damien Vinson (Battalion 1).

The cause is under investigation. Damages are estimated at $15,000.
