Tim Granger, director of strategic implementation for CHI Memorial, has been elected vice president of the Building Owners and Managers Association in Chattanooga. Mr. Granger specializes in facilities management, real-estate and capital program assignments on behalf of the strategic initiatives for the healthcare system.
"BOMA plays an instrumental role in the economic development of the greater Chattanooga area and is a supportive contributor to the vitality of our community," officials said.

In his 20-year career at CHI Memorial, Mr. Granger has led the construction of several projects, including CHI Memorial Ooltewah Imaging Center, Guerry Heart & Vascular Center, Rees Skillern Cancer Institute, Buz Standefer Lung Center, the CHI Memorial Employee Fitness Center and the Lehman Center for Heart and Lung Rehabilitation at the Chattanooga campus. A native Chattanoogan, he received his bachelor’s in business administration from Bryan College.
