LeQuire Hired As Business Deposit Officer For SmartBank

SmartBank announced that Zack LeQuire has joined the bank as business deposit officer. He will be based in Chattanooga.

In this role, Mr. LeQuire will be responsible for developing new business from prospective clients through the acquisition of deposits as well as additional treasury management services.

“We are pleased to have Zack join our team as we continue to expand our efforts in the Chattanooga market,” said Barry Watson, regional president. “His industry experience combined with his familiarity of the Chattanooga market will be extremely valuable and beneficial to the bank and our clients.”

Previously, Mr. LeQuire served as vice president, treasury management sales officer for First Horizon Bank and senior treasury analyst for U.S. Xpress Inc. in Chattanooga.

Mr. LeQuire earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from the University of Tennessee - Chattanooga in 2011, and his Master’s degree in Business Administration in 2017. He became a Certified Treasury Professional in 2016 and was part of the 2017-18 Protégé Class of Young Professionals of Chattanooga.
