Georgia Has 95 New Coronavirus Deaths And 2,615 More Cases

Georgia state health officials reported on Saturday there have been an additional 95 deaths due to the coronavirus. The new total is 5,092.

There were 2,615 new cases as that total reached 252,222 confirmed cases of coronavirus. 

Hospitalizations are at 23,325, up 200 since Friday. 

Here are the numbers by county:
Catoosa County: 788 cases, up 31; 17 deaths; 59 hospitalizations, up 2

Chattooga County: 417 cases, up 16; 5 deaths; 23 hospitalizations

Dade County: 177 cases, up 4; 3 deaths, up 1; 13 hospitalizations, up 1

Walker County: 903 cases, up 21; 19 deaths; 50 hospitalizations, up 2

Whitfield County: 3,819 cases, up 14; 44 deaths, up 1; 204 hospitalizations, up 1

The cases remain centered around the Atlanta area:

Cobb County: 15,816 cases, up 129; 368 deaths, up 10

DeKalb County: 15,860 cases, up 129; 278 deaths, up 6

Fulton County: 23,622 cases, up 247; 489 deaths, up 3

Gwinnett County: 22,991 cases, up 205; 304 deaths, up 2
