Lindy Cara Turbyfill, 35, of LaFayette, Georgia, went to meet her Lord on December 31, 2020.

She was a lifelong resident of North Georgia and in the 2003 class of Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School. Lindy enjoyed outdoors, martial arts, playing her guitar, spending time with her family and cherished her children. She will be remembered for her sparkling personality and greatly missed by all who knew her. 

Lindy was preceded in death by her father Joel Turbyfill; grandparents, Bynum & Eloise Wall.

Left to cherish her memory are her children, Kierstin Turbyfill and Nakotah Artman; mother, Constance Wall Bates; sister, Lauren Turbyfill; aunts, Diane Goggins, Carla Cook and Paula Howard; uncles, Russell and Chuck Turbyfill; nieces, Meadow, Trinity and Harbour.

Funeral service will be officiated by Reverend Daniel Beard at 4 p.m. on Saturday in the South Crest Chapel of Lane Funeral Home & Crematory.

Interment will follow at Burning Bush Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, Jan. 10, from 1 p.m. until the funeral hour at 4 p.m. in the South Crest Chapel.

The family asks that all attendees wear a mask and observe all social distancing requirements.
