Stephany Pedigo Joins Chambliss' Estate Planning Team

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. announces Stephany Pedigo, of counsel attorney, has joined the firm's estate planning section.

"Ms. Pedigo is licensed in both Tennessee and Georgia and has a broad range of experience that allows her to properly understand and assist clients from diverse backgrounds," officials said, "With more than two decades of experience, Pedigo provides estate and trust-based solutions to her clients. Focusing on asset preservation, she drafts wills, powers of attorney, trusts, and incapacity documents, and advises clients throughout probate and trust administration. 
 
"She also guides clients through the uncertain and evolving tax climate, effectively utilizing tax credits and providing solutions for minimizing estate taxes.

In addition, she represents clients in litigation, mediations, adoption matters, juvenile proceedings, judicial commitment hearings, and conservatorship cases."

Ms. Pedigo is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association and Chattanooga Bar Association. She graduated cum laude from the University of Tennessee and magna cum laude in the top two percent from Samford University's Cumberland School of Law.
