Lillian Marie Vines, 71, a lifelong resident of Cleveland, passed away October 23, 2021. She was born on Jan. 5, 1950 to the late J.D. Martin, Sr. and Floella Pinner Martin, and was of the Baptist faith.
Lillian loved taking care of her animals and loved being around friends and family. She loved the Lord and accepted Jesus as her Lord and Savior.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, James Vines; and sisters, Oneda “Goins” Martin, Barbara Ann Martin and Mary Ann Martin.
She is survived by her siblings, Katherine (Boyd) Hampton, Woodrow Martin and Jr. (Ginger) Martin; special nephews, Charles (Crystal) Martin, Stevie (Misty) Martin, Kelly (Violet) and David Martin; and special niece, Maryann Martin.
A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 4-5 p.m. at Companion Funeral Home.
