Georgia state health officials reported on Wednesday there have been 16 additional deaths due to the coronavirus. The current total is 18,085.
There are 397 new cases, as that total reaches 896,622 confirmed cases of coronavirus.
Hospitalizations are at 63,869, which is an increase of 80 from Tuesday.

Chattooga County: 2,256 cases, up 1; 65 deaths; 184 hospitalizations
Dade County: 1,250 cases; 13 deaths; 62 hospitalizations
Walker County: 6,686 cases, up 2; 80 deaths; 294 hospitalizations
Whitfield County: 14,960 cases, up 1; 231 deaths, up 1; 778 hospitalizations, up 1
