Garnett Williams, 66, died September 4, 2021 in Jupiter, FL.

He was born July 7, 1955 in Chattanooga, TN to John and Caroline Williams. Garnett grew up on Lookout Mountain, TN. It was here he learned his love of fishing and hunting. Following his graduation from the Baylor School in 1972 he attended the University of Alabama’s business school, graduating in 1976. Garnett then moved to South Florida where he carried out the remainder of his life. Garnett was an avid hunter, traveling all over the country on many hunting trips, especially skilled in turkey hunting. He enjoyed fishing with his friends and family and also the frequent golf game. Mr. Williams was an entrepreneur having a hand in many development projects around South Florida, his main priority lying with Dawson-Williams, Inc. He was an active member of his society, donating to local places in need and enjoying the life that Jupiter, FL had to offer.

Garnett is survived by his brother John (Robbie) of Chattanooga, TN, his sister Caroline of Lookout Mountain, TN, his brother Van Court (Laura) of Jupiter, FL, daughter Mary Caroline and grandson Garnett of Jupiter, FL and a few nieces and nephews.

There will be a celebration of life held Friday, September 10, 2021 at the home of Garnett Williams at 3:30 p.m.
