Between 1985 and 1990, WDOD AM and FM aired the Mountain Opry live radio broadcast.

Ken Holloway and Ray Fox would contact the talent and I would put the program together with sponsors.

ABC News and Charles Murphy came down for one of the broadcasts and ran a story on World News Tonight with Peter Jennings.

Ken and Ray put together some commercials. They even recorded a jingle for Coca Cola which was written over in the corner on the spur of the moment.

Ken Holloway recently passed away. Dr. Ray Fox is retired as dean of Admissions at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga.
