Inc. on Tuesday revealed that WorkHound is No. 2,441 on its annual Inc. 5000 list, a ranking of the fastest-growing private companies in America. The list represents a one-of-a-kind look at the most successful companies within the economy’s independent businesses. Facebook, Chobani, Under Armour, Microsoft, Patagonia, and many other well-known names gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000.
“Throughout the past couple of tumultuous years, we’ve done everything we can at WorkHound to be the best partner possible to our clients, helping them glean valuable workforce feedback so they can leverage those insights into business wins," said Max Farrell, CEO of WorkHound. "For those efforts, we’ve grown the size of our client roster substantially while also growing more deeply with many of our existing customers. Debuting so highly on the Inc. 5000 list is a testament to our team’s relentless approach to their work and how much that work is appreciated by our partner organizations. I am incredibly proud of everyone at WorkHound. This is a win for the whole team.”
The WorkHound platform enables employers to receive instant and anonymous workforce feedback so management can address those matters as part of their employee retention efforts. Initially, the company focused on the trucking space since driver turnover is a significant pain point experienced across that entire industry. As employee retention needs have spread into additional supply chain markets, WorkHound’s platform and data-backed insights are being sought out on a far larger scale. Earlier in 2022, WorkHound successfully completed a $12 million fundraise to help the company meet increased demand.
“The accomplishment of building one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., in light of recent economic roadblocks, cannot be overstated,” says Scott Omelianuk, editor-in-chief of Inc. “Inc. is thrilled to honor the companies that have established themselves through innovation, hard work, and rising to the challenges of today.”
