The Jacob Myers on the River restaurant in Dayton has closed after operating nearly 25 years.
Employees said the doors were permanently closed on Wednesday night, "leaving 25 employees without a source of income during the Christmas season."
It was located on the water at 185 Chickamauga Dr.
