Patys Finally Sell Patten Parkway Holdings

Members of the Paty family have finally sold their holdings at Patten Parkway.

The property on the north side of the parkway was acquired several decades ago by attorney Selma Cash Paty.

The sale was to 19 Patten Llc from Pamela Rymer Odwyer, Charles Douglas Paty, Kem Alexander, Ralph Douglas Paty Jr, Marion Gaye Paty Wade.

Sales price was $4.7 million.
