Abigail Jansen Sutton Join Chambliss Law's Estate Planning Section

Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. welcomes associate attorney Abigail Jansen Sutton who will serve the firm's estate planning and estate and trust administration practice areas.

Ms. Sutton crafts customized plans to cater to diverse client needs. Her prior experience as a trust administrator provides a unique perspective on the intricacies of trust structures, making her a strong resource at the firm, said officials.

Her proficiency extends beyond traditional estate planning, as she excels in safeguarding substantial estates and ensures a seamless probate process. Her experience creating personalized plans for family business succession, closely held business interests, and other unique assets further enhances the firm's capabilities in meeting the needs of clients with different dynamics and backgrounds, said officials. 

Ms. Sutton is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Chattanooga and the Tennessee Bar Association. In addition, she serves on the board of the Rotaract Club of Chattanooga. Ms. Sutton graduated from Girls Preparatory School, Southern Adventist University, and the University of Georgia School of Law. She is licensed in Tennessee.
