The Chattanooga Regional Manufacturers Association announces the appointment of Kerry Beth Carico as its new executive director. Having served in the role on an interim basis, Ms. Carico will now officially lead CRMA’s efforts to "support, connect and elevate manufacturers throughout the region."
Ms. Carico brings more than eight years of leadership experience at the Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce, where she specializes in strategic engagement, investor relations and stakeholder programming.
She will continue serving as senior director of Investor Engagement at the Chamber, strengthening collaboration between the two organizations and amplifying the value CRMA delivers to its members, officials said.
“CRMA has a proud legacy of strengthening the manufacturing industry in our region,” said Ms. Carico. “It’s important that we honor that history while evolving to meet the needs of today’s manufacturers. My focus is on fueling their momentum, deepening connections, and ensuring CRMA remains a critical resource for years to come.”
Ms. Carico’s professional background includes a wide range of experience, from corporate to non-profit. She has lead initiatives in high-trust, fast-paced environments - bringing a member-centered, strategic and collaborative approach to her leadership at CRMA.
