Anna Katherine Loper
Anna Katherine Loper has been named Family and Mortgage specialist at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Chattanooga. Ms. Loper previously served as coordinator of Family Services at the organization.
The Greenville, NC native has lived in Chattanooga since 2021 and is a graduate from East Carolina University. In her new position, Ms. Loper is responsible for working with Habitat families from mortgage application through closing. She coordinates the future owners’ “sweat equity” hours, which includes volunteering, taking homeowner education classes and preparation to become self-sufficient.

Loper said, “My work at Habitat is such a joy as I get to work with future homeowners and watch them learn and grow as they take steps toward accomplishing their goals.”
