Large New Residential Building Planned On Spring Street In North Chattanooga

A large new residential building is planned on Spring Street in North Chattanooga.

Developers are requesting that the building be four stories rather than the maximum three stories.  

On Bell Avenue, there will still be only three stories visible due to the topograhy, it was stated.

A drawing shows 43 units on the Spring Street side and 39 units on Bell Avenue.
