HHM CPAs, a full-service CPA and consulting firm, announces the addition of two supervisors to its leadership team, alongside several new staff members across its offices. These additions bring experience to the firm, strengthening its audit, dealership and client service teams.

Jeremy Waters joins HHM CPAs as an audit supervisor in the Chattanooga office, bringing experience in auditing and compliance. He specializes in managing complex audits and ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements. He will lead audit engagements, supervise audit teams and collaborate with clients to provide effective audit solutions. Prior to joining HHM CPAs, he worked at a top 25 CPA firm. Mr. Waters earned his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University.
Jennifer Minnis brings over 10 years of experience to HHM CPAs as an audit supervisor in the Memphis office. Specializing in employee benefit plans, governments, manufacturing, single audits, and the sports and entertainment industry, Ms. Minnis will oversee audit engagements, ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and manage client relationships. Before joining HHM, she worked as a senior audit associate with Big 4 firms and regional companies, where she developed expertise in financial audits and audit strategies. Ms. Minnis holds an MBA and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from Murray State University.
Connor Long returns to HHM CPAs as a senior analyst in the Chattanooga office, where he will provide support in valuation services, including the analysis of properties, risks and costs to aid in business decision-making. Mr. Long holds an MBA from UTC and a Bachelor of Science from UTK. He is also a certified valuation analyst and was recognized as one of NACVA’s 30 Under 30 honorees in 2023.
Katie Clemen joins the Pensacola office as a dealership specialist, where she will provide expertise to help automotive dealerships navigate complex financial and regulatory requirements. Ethan Goux and Miguel Diaz both join the Chattanooga office as staff accountants, assisting with a range of accounting functions, including preparing financial statements and supporting audit engagements. Blaine Polley, a systems administrator, joins the IT team, where he will manage and support the firm’s technological infrastructure to ensure seamless operations. Micalah Gregory also joins the Chattanooga office as a client concierge, where she will provide customer service and administrative support to ensure clients receive top-tier service, said officials.
