Colt Michael Sinor, 23, of Chattanooga, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025. Colt was born October 29, 2001, and is the son of Tim and Tammy Sinor. He was a member of Silverdale Baptist Church.

Colt is preceded in death by his grandparents, Ray and Frances Sinor.

Colt attended Boyd-Buchanan, McCallie, and graduated from Chattanooga Christian High School in 2020 where he played football, baseball, basketball and threw the shot in track.

After high school, Colt signed a scholarship to play football at Carson-Newman, where he played for five years, was also an FCA leader, and obtained his undergraduate degree in 2024. He had recently signed to play football at Lenoir-Rhyne with his last year of eligibility.

In March of 2021, Colt was diagnosed with stage 3C testicular cancer. He courageously fought cancer for over four years. During the battle, his faith never wavered, and his attitude remained positive throughout. He lived out his faith in Jesus Christ every day and he influenced many others in their personal walk with God. He produced much fruit for the Kingdom of God and now stands in the presence of his Lord. Cancer never touched his soul and could never steal the eternal life he received by faith in Jesus. He was truly an inspiration to everyone he encountered.

If you knew Colt Sinor, you loved Colt Sinor. His manners would immediately attract you to him and his constant smile melted your heart. He was a blessing and a light to us all.

Survivors include his parents, Tim and Tammy Sinor; wife, Anslee Sinor (McGlocklin); brother, Matthew Anderson; niece, Briley Anderson; grandparents Juanita Bryant and Don Smith; sister-in-law, Jennifer Anderson Couch; uncles, Barry Sinor of Cumming, Ga. and Steve Sinor; cousin, Matthew Sinor of Cumming, Ga.; and his dogs, Pepper and Bubba.
