Tracy Booth Named COO Of Siskin Hospital
Tracy Reed, DNP, MBA, RN, has been named chief operating officer of Siskin Hospital for Physical Rehabilitation. With four decades of hands-on and healthcare management experience, Reed brings a patient-focused mind-set to the role, helping ensure a safe, productive, and successful environment for patients, visitors, and hospital associates.
“My ultimate goal is for each part of the organization to come together to provide the highest level of patient care,” Reed said. “From our environmental services department to the ongoing facility renovations–it’s all about the patients.”
Reed has served at Siskin Hospital since 2015 as vice president of patient care services and chief nursing officer. She will continue in this role alongside her new position as COO. She holds a doctorate in nursing practice from American Sentinel University, an MBA from Kennesaw State University, and a BSN from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. Additionally, Reed holds multiple certifications including Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

In addition to her work at Siskin Hospital, Reed serves as a part-time faculty member in Lee University’s doctor of nursing practice program. She has been a member of the Cleveland, Tennessee community for over 10 years.
