Industrial Property On Workman Road Sells For Nearly $9.8 Million

An industrial property at 1394 Workman Road in Chattanooga has sold for $9,780,000.

The property has a 57,110 square foot facility that was built in 1979 and renovated in 2022.

Covington Industrial LLC sold the property to Beene Holdings LLC.
