Gregory Reabold
Orange Grove Center announces Gregory Reabold as the new president of its board of directors.
"A dedicated member of the board for five terms, Mr. Reabold brings both valuable experience and a deep commitment to Orange Grove’s mission as he steps into this leadership role," officials said.
Mr. Reabold lives in Chattanooga with his wife and son, and works as a financial advisor at Raymond James. After relocating to Chattanooga in 2019, he became connected with Orange Grove while seeking ways to engage in the local community.
“My connection with my two family members who have Down Syndrome, combined with being impressed by the wide scope of what Orange Grove does, is what led me to become involved,” Mr.
Reabold said.
Following five years of board service, Mr. Reabold says he is excited to take on greater responsibility as president.
“I deeply believe in the work Orange Grove does and I have great respect for the staff and leadership who work extremely hard daily to help the individuals we support live their best lives,” he said. “I am looking forward to building upon Orange Grove’s amazing history by connecting with current and future leaders in the community, so that our future can match all that we’ve done in the past.”
Looking ahead, Mr. Reabold says he is eager to serve as an advocate and champion for the organization throughout the Chattanooga community and beyond.
“Orange Grove is a leader in the field of supporting individuals with IDD,” he said. “I believe we have the opportunity to shape the future of care- not just in our region and state, but across the Southeast.”
Orange Grove CEO Tera Roberts joins the board of directors and staff in welcoming Mr. Reabold to his new role.
“Greg not only has a heart for the mission of Orange Grove, but he is also an analytical, strategic planner who will continue to propel our agency forward as a center of excellence in the field of intellectual and developmental disabilities,” said Ms. Roberts. "Mr. Reabold’s leadership will help guide Orange Grove as it continues to expand and strengthen its services for individuals and families across Southeast Tennessee and Northwest Georgia."
