  • Tuesday, July 22, 2025
Wellpoint Tennessee, in partnership with the YMCA Mobile Market program, will host “Wellness with Wellpoint,” a community event focused on improving access to fresh produce and promoting healthy eating and overall well-being, this Thursday from 10 a.m.-noon in the parking lot across from the Gateway Towers, Chattanooga Housing Authority, 1100 Gateway Ave. in Chattanooga.

In collaboration with the Chattanooga YMCA Mobile Market, the event will provide eligible SNAP participants with affordable fruits and vegetables through the Double Up Program.
These markets help strengthen community health by delivering nutritious food to neighborhoods year-round.

At the event, attendees will receive fresh produce, recipe cards and healthy snacks, along with family-friendly entertainment.

"The event is part of Wellpoint’s continued effort to improve community health outcomes by making nutritious food more accessible," officials said.
