A concerned citizen advised that his neighbor had not been seen in several days. Police went to the home and found the party was conscious but lying on the floor of her den. Police and EMS personnel spoke with the female and determined she had potential health issues. The female was transported to a local hospital where she was admitted for medical treatment.

A party called ERPD to report someone had stolen his E-Bike.
He stated that he had last saw it on July 17 around 11:30 p.m. The E-Bike value is $2200; charges pending upon the identification of the suspect.

Police completed a property damage report after a vehicle's passenger side window was broken by a stray piece of gravel.

25-007601 – 3900 BLK Ringgold Road – Deceptive Practice
An unidentified male defrauded a woman by posing as a bank manager and convinced the victim to deposit several hundred dollars into a cryptocurrency machine.
25-007610 – 3100 BLK Ringgold Road – Intoxicated Person
A man was arrested for public intoxication after creating a public disturbance during an episode of drug induced paranoia. A concerned motorist reported seeing the man panicking in the Bachmann Tunnels. When police encountered him, he was holding a THC vape while lying on the ground in the
tunnel and stated he was hiding from a bomb that would explode.
25-007609 – 900 BLK Donaldson Road – Vandalism
The victim reported that an unknown person(s) vandalized her vehicle. Police observed powdered sugar all over the vehicle. Glitter, cooking oil, eggs, glue, and paint were all around the vehicle on the ground and throughout the parking lot. There did not appear to be any actual damage. Report on file.
25-007611 – 6400 BLK Ringgold Road – Unconscious Person
Officers were dispatched regarding an unconscious male party . Upon the officer's arrival, the male woke up and stated he had stopped to take a nap. He was transported to the hospital at his request.
25-007599 -100 I-75 South – MVC Unknown/DUI
Following a crash investigation in which a Volkswagen Passat collided with the rear of a stationary Semi, a female driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. She was placed into custody and transported for medical clearance and treatment. Due to medical needs at the time, a warrant is being sought for DUI.

Hamilton County Jail called ERPD to verify a warrant. The male subject was booked on East Ridge Warrants.
25-007615 – 4400 BLK Ringgold Road– Fraud
Police responded to the above address for reported fraud. The reporting party provided evidence that a woman cashed a paycheck after previously depositing it through her bank’s mobile check deposit service. The reporting party was advised of the appropriate steps to formally pursue charges.
25-007617 – 1400 BLK S. Moore Road – Vandalism
A resident reported finding a sizeable dent in the mailbox for his residence this morning. The complainant stated he was not sure how the dent happened but requested a report for insurance purposes.
25-007621-900 BLK Spring Creek Road- Missing/ Endangered
Police were dispatched in reference to a party who was discharged from the hospital. Police were informed that this party has dementia and has not been on medication since being discharged. The family members stated they did not make it in time to pick him up. He was entered into NCIC as
Missing/Endangered.
25-007628 – 900 BLK Donaldson Road – Disorder
ERPD received a call for a disorder with a weapon. Upon arrival no weapon was present, and it was found to be a disorder among neighbors because of a child riding too close to the RP’s vehicle.

25-007630 – 4100 BLK Ringgold Road – Property
A white iPhone 16 Pro was tracked using Find My iPhone and was found at a phone repair store on Brainard Road. The phone had been lost and then taken from a parking lot in Eastridge. The phone had minor damages after falling off the owner’s Jeep fender where it was last seen. A suspect was found in possession of the phone, but the complainant declined prosecution. The property was returned to its rightful owner.
25-007645 – 5300 BLK Ringgold Road – Assist Other Agency
A man was taken into custody on Hamilton County warrants for Failure to Appear following a traffic stop for a light law violation.
25-007635 – 601 Justice Way – Warrant Service
A man was served an Alias Capias warrant while in custody at the Hamilton County Jail. The original charge was driving on a revoked, suspended, or canceled license.

25-007648 – 1100 BLK Laurelwood Drive – Alarm
Police responded to a residential alarm at this location. On scene, it was found to be an accidental activation by the homeowner.
25-007655-6500 BLK Ringgold Road- Theft
The caller reported to police that a female entered his room at the motel and stole his iPhone 11 Pro. A warrant for theft will be sought when the suspect can be positively identified, report on file.
25-007657 – 3600 BLK Mimbro Lane – Alarm
Police responded to a residential alarm at this location. Officers found the residence to be secure.
25-007663 – 4214 Ringgold Road – Harassment
A man reported his nephew sent several threatening text messages to him after he refused to send him money in an app. At this time, the complainant did not wish to seek prosecution but wanted the incident to be documented in case the subject should visit either of his residences in the East. It should be noted that the suspect has a verified warrant through the East Ridge Police Department for Theft Over $10,000. According to the complaint, the subject is between homes and drives a gold-orange VW Jetta.
25-007664-1200 BLK Spring Creek Road-Domestic Disorder
Police responded to a verbal domestic disorder between a man and his soon to be ex-wife. Officers separated the two parties and advised them of their legal rights to the residence and to seek legal counsel for future property disputes. Both parties agreed to separate for the evening, report on file.

25-007672 – 1100 BLK Sewanee Drive - Unknown 911
Police responded to an unknown 911 call. Upon arrival, it was discovered that two people had been in an argument. It was determined that no crime occurred.
25-007671 – 3500 BLK Crabtree Drive – Suspicious Vehicle
A USPS mail delivery truck broke down on the roadway in the 3500 block of Crabtree Drive. A USPS wrecker retrieved the vehicle.
25-007673 – 4000 BLK Sherlin Drive – Noise Complaint
A resident called to complain about a neighbor whose radio was so loud it was preventing their mother from sleeping. Police patrolled the roadway in front of the residence and the radio sounds ceased. No further incident.
25-007675 – 600 BLK S Germantown Road – Auto Broke Down
Police provided traffic control for a motorist changing a tire on the median in the 600 block of South Germantown Road.
25-007670 – 5900 BLK Ringgold Road – Disorder with a Weapon
Police responded to the above address after a caller reported someone had attempted to stab them. Officers were unable to locate the victim, and dispatch was unable to reach the caller on the callback. Officers spoke with several witnesses on the scene who reported that there was no disorder with a weapon. The witnesses did state that an unidentified male came into the restaurant and caused a disorder, but the male was no longer on the scene when officers arrived.

25-007683 - Interstate 24 at Exit 183 - Found Property
Police were called to the eastbound exit ramp after a construction crew digging found a Glock pistol. The weapon was reported stolen in 2018. The owner was notified, and the firearm was removed from NCIC.
24-007687 - 4214 Ringgold Road - Deceptive Practice
Police spoke with a man who said an unknown person opened an account in his name and attempted to invest $28,000 using his actual bank account. The bank had declined the transaction and notified him of the fraudulent activity. The investment firm waived all fees associated with the transaction.
25-007681 – 6000 BLK Ringgold Road - Burglary of an Auto
A man reported that his and his brother’s wallets were stolen from his gold 2000 Honda Accord. The wallets, which contained IDs, Social Security cards, and work permits, were taken while the vehicle was locked but had its windows slightly open. No surveillance cameras were present, and no
suspects have been identified.

25-007692 – 5400 BLK Clemons Road – Suspicious Activity
The caller reported a white Jeep followed her home and she believed the driver was an adult male she is familiar with. She stated that the man knew her through her old job, and he had spotted her earlier in the day at a business in Chattanooga. Police checked the area but did not locate a white
Jeep or an individual matching the suspect’s description.
25-007693 – 3300 BLK Frawley Street – Missing Juvenile
The caller advised that her sister was missing from this location. Police eventually located the juvenile in Chattanooga with her young adult boyfriend. The boyfriend was under the impression the juvenile had permission to be with him, and he was compliant with the Police investigation. The juvenile was brought back home without issue. The guardian requested that the suspect be criminally trespassed from her home. Proximity restriction 25-000134.
25-007695 – 400 BLK S. Germantown Road – Business Alarm
Police responded to the report of multiple glass break alarms inside a commercial building at this address. Officers checked the business and found it was secure. The alarms coincided with a large storm that passed through the area, and it may have activated the glass break sensors.
25-007697 – 700 BLK S Germantown Road – Suspicious Vehicle
Police located an unoccupied blue Hyundai Sonata sitting in a church parking lot. The officer observed front end damage and red paint transfer, but the vehicle was not associated with any BOLOs or reported crashes in the area. The owner of the vehicle was not located.
