  • Wednesday, June 11, 2025
Bill Norton, Chairman of the Chattanooga Area Veterans Association, invites and encourages the members of area veterans’ organizations, associate organizations and interested veterans to attend the CAVC Quarterly Meeting at 11:30 a.m. this Friday at the American Legion Post # 95, 3329 Ringgold Road in East Ridge.

The meeting will feature updates from Chuck Alsobrook and the Hamilton County Veteran Services Office staff, Director Michael Faust of the Chattanooga and Nashville National Cemeteries and representatives from the Chattanooga VA Clinic, Wreaths Across Chattanooga and other organizations.
Plans for future events including the Chattanooga-Hamilton Commemoration of July Fourth, the Anniversary of the Fallen Five and others will be detailed for the attendees.

Fellowship with other veterans, a light lunch (no charge) and engagement in planning make the Quarterly Meeting an enjoyable event, officials said.
