Swearing In For New Fire Chief Is Thursday

The Office of Mayor Tim Kelly will host a formal swearing in ceremony on Thursday for Chattanooga Fire Chief Terry Knowles. This event marks the official transition of leadership within the Chattanooga Fire Department, honoring Chief Knowles’ decades of service and commitment to protecting the Chattanooga community.

The ceremony will be on Thursday, at 2 p.m. (doors open at 1 p.m.) at the Walker Theatre, 399 McCallie Ave.
