Year-Long "Luxury Condominiums" Development Begins In Chattanooga's Southside

Kick off of the beginning of The Foundries District is beginning with the construction of Broadview, a $22 million, 43-unit luxury condominium development in Chattanooga’s Southside. 

The approximately 65,000-square-foot investment is led by developer FTC Development, in partnership with Aslan, Berry Construction and Caughman + Caughman Architects, is expected to begin construction this summer, with completion slated for summer of 2026.

Officials said, "Rising four stories at the corner of 26th and Cowart streets, Broadview is designed to bring vibrant urban living to the Foundries District, with thoughtfully designed residences, ground-floor retail and rooftop amenities overlooking the city skyline, Lookout Mountain and Erlanger Park—the future home of the Chattanooga Lookouts."

Broadview will have an official groundbreaking ceremony on Monday at 9:30 a.m.
at the corner of Cowart Street and 26th Street.

In attendance will be: Joe Graham, Hamilton County; Lee Helton, District 7 commissioner; Chris Anderson, City of Chattanooga; Matt McGauley, FTC Development, Aslan; and Tiffanie Robinson, Aslan.
