The Sandy Mocs hit the road once again tomorrow for a quick turnaround as a slate of four matches await Chattanooga this weekend at the Blazer Beach Bash.
UTC opens its weekend on Friday, April 11 at 11 a.m. ET by taking on Southeastern Louisiana. Following a long break, the Mocs will then face a familiar foe in Austin Peay at 5 p.m. ET later on in the evening, a team that Chattanooga swept earlier this year at the Shoals Beach Bash.
Saturday’s slate kicks off with yet another former Shoals Beach Bash opponent for the Mocs, as UTC will have its sights set on revenge against Missouri State at 11 a.m.
ET. The last time these two teams met, the Bears claimed a tightly contested 3-2 victory over the Mocs.
Chattanooga will then wrap up its weekend by taking on some very familiar opposition, Tennessee Tech, at 6:30 p.m. ET. While this Saturday’s match against the Golden Eagles does not count towards either team’s OVC record, it is important to point out that the last time these two teams met back on March 21, the Mocs emerged victorious with a 5-0 sweep over TTU.
