Evangelist Lakweshia J. Ewing
Evangelist Lakweshia J. Ewing has been named one of only 21 women across the United States to be accepted into the sixth cohort of the Iron Sharpening Iron Leadership Program at Princeton Theological Seminary, a program "committed to cultivating spiritually grounded, theologically informed women leaders who serve with boldness, clarity, and compassion."
The program brings together a cohort of women in ministry who are shaping the future of the church and the world through leadership, scholarship and service. The year-long formation journey is designed to sharpen each participant’s personal, ministerial and communal impact.
A leader in both the church and the marketplace, Ms. Ewing currently serves in multiple capacities within the International Church of God in Christ, as well as at her local assembly, New Holy Temple Cathedral COGIC and as a chaplain for the Chattanooga Police department.
“I count it a humble honor to serve the Kingdom of God in this way,” said Ms. Ewing. “My calling is clear—to bridge the sacred and the secular, the church and the community, with a deep love for humanity as my guide. Marketplace ministry isn’t just something I do, it’s who I am.”
As the founder and CEO of Unlearn Everything and Live, a social impact firm, Ms. Ewing leads with a vision rooted in "unity, healing and purpose-driven innovation." Her organization helps individuals, institutions and communities unlearn limiting beliefs and rebuild from a place of love, truth and intentionality.
“As I step into this next chapter, I remain committed to loving people deeply, serving faithfully, and showing up in every space—church, boardroom, or neighborhood—with integrity, grace and the light of Christ,” said Ms. Ewing.
