The newly-weaponized Hamilton County Republican Party has issued a decree:
“A Resolution of the Hamilton County Republican Party In Support Of Senator Watson and Efforts to Restore Local Control and Integrity to Tennessee’s Public School Enrollment Process”.
Talk about a “word salad”. Please pass me the Italian dressing.
At least Senator Bo Watson got what he wanted: he can sleep well, for now, that Commandant Gail Greene will not be sending a MAGA minion to battle Bow-Tie Bo in his primary.
I wish the same could be said for the thousands of innocent Tennessee children who could lose their ability to attend school just because of the color of their skin.
While Bow-Tie Bo cuddles with his lobbyist wife in their condo in Nashville, other married couples lie awake at night, worried that their children may have no opportunity for a better life through education, merely because they were born here.
Having whipped Bow-Tie Bo into submission, the newly weaponized Hamilton County Republican Party can now train their sights on Rep. Esther Helton-Haynes, who has the audacity to co-sponsor a bill which allows the mother to choose an abortion if her baby is dead inside her womb.
Rep. Helton-Haynes has been targeted by the Hamilton County Calvary Church Arm of the Republican Party because her bill expands the abortion rights of dead babies, their graves already inside the mother’s womb. These heartless Republicans would rather the mother carry her dead baby to term, rather than have the option of aborting the dead fetus when it no longer has a heartbeat.
Unless Rep. Helton-Haynes bends a knee to the Calvary Chapel crowd like Bow-Tie Bo did,
I expect to see another press release from Senior Commandant Greene in the future:
“A Resolution of The Hamilton County Republican Party in Opposition to Rep. Esther Helton-Haynes Efforts to Bring Empathy and Compassion To a Mother Who Lost Her Precious Baby in Her Womb By Forcing Her to Go Into Labor and Deliver Her Baby That Has Been Dead in Her Womb for Months”.
It’s obvious that the newly elected Hamilton County Republican Party is laser focused on supporting and attacking fellow Republicans who demonstrate an ounce of empathy and love for others, especially “the least of these”.
I hope they can attend their Easter services with a clear conscience. Beware of those Easter eggs filled with 30 pieces of silver.

C. Mark Warren, thank you once again for providing the entertainment that seems to be so lacking in news these days. You rarely disappoint. Talk about a word salad? You served up one which will be difficult to eat.
I know you're a vehicle wreck lawyer, but even so, you should know more about medical procedures. You're taking on a Registered Nurse who has put her career on hold to represent we the people of Tennessee, just as Bo Watson has done. Just for your edification, removing or delivering a baby without a heartbeat is not referred to as an abortion. If it happens 20 weeks into the gestation period, it's called a "miscarriage". If it happens after the first 20 weeks, it's referred to as "stillbirth". The procedure is called a "D&C", meaning dilation and curettage. Some doctors refer to it as a "D&E," meaning dilation and evacuation, but the end result is the same.
And what is this about bringing our black/brown skinned brothers and sisters into your opinion piece? Please give me one example of a kid, who is an American citizen, being denied an education, in Tennessee, because of their skin color. Your statement transcends opinion.
While I have your attention, please expound of the following: several weeks ago, you announced your intention to run against State Senator Bo Watson. Please provide the name of your campaign chairman, as well as your campaign treasurer. Or, you can say you were just "popping off" or "running your mouth". Either works well for me. When the line of opinion intersects with the line of fact, what is that called?
As a side note, I took up for you just a couple of weeks ago. Someone on this very page referred you as an ambulance chaser. I let them know that you didn't chase ambulances, rather you had "bird dogs" who did that for you.
I look forward to you announcing your campaign chairman as well as you campaign treasure.

Mr. Warren,
Thank you for your spot-on letter. Never seen so many mean-spirited people who are targeting innocent children.
