Tammy Morris Limbaugh, 61, of Rossville, Georgia went home to be with the Lord on Monday, June 9, 2025, after a brief but hard fought battle with heart failure.

She was born on October 11, 1963 and shared a birthday with her beloved baby sister. The love she had for her son was immeasurable. Tammy was a Christian and was currently employed at Erlanger and was retired from Unum after 28 years of service. She will be forever loved by her family and everyone who had the honor of knowing her.

Tammy is loved and survived by her father, Robert S. Morris, Jr. and mother, Patricia Ann Sewell; son, Matthew Fouts; sister, Kim (Keith) Ellis; niece Katelyn (Tate) Canida; great-niece, Stevie Canida; great-nephew, Cape Canida; long-time surrogate brother, Marty Keesey; and numerous aunts, uncle, and cousins.

Special thanks are also given to the numerous doctors, nurses, and staff of the Erlanger Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) for their valiant fight to mend Tammy’s broken heart and body. Their compassion, knowledge and true determination was a source of comfort for her family during an extended stay in CVICU.

A Celebration of Life for Tammy will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are entrusted to Covenant Funeral & Crematory of Chattanooga.
