Rojas Joins CBL Headquarters Here

Francisco E. Rojas, who has been with CBL & Associates Properties for almost four years in mall management, has relocated to the corporate headquarters here.

Ben Landress, executive vice president, said, "With the opening in October of the 1.2 million square foot Arbor Place in Atlanta, we now have 30 enclosed malls in our portfolio. Mr. Rojas will fill an important position in the overseeing of the daily operation of these properties."

Mr. Rojas most recently served as the general manager of Walnut Square Mall in Dalton.

At Chattanooga, he will be an operations coordinator and will work very closely with Don Sewell, director of mall operations.

A native of Costa Rica, Mr. Rojas recently achieved the designation of Certified Shopping Center Manager. He was in hotel management with Holiday Inn from 1986 to 1996.

He is married to the former Pamela Salas of Fort Worth, Tex., and their children are Fabiola, Felipe, Alberto and Isabela.
