Multi-Tenant Retail Property In Hixson Sells For $7.4 Million

A strip commercial center at 5513 Highway 153 in Hixson has sold for $7,400,000.   

The 15,282 square foot facility, built in 2021 on 1.97 acres currently includes Starbucks, Crumbl and TMobile tenants.    

The property was sold to Wendy Michelle Gadsey Tr, Eddie Gadsey Tr, Deg Irrevocable Trust by Highway 153 Partners LLC.
