Ray Albright Voices Support For Carl Levi

Friday, July 26, 2002

As a former member of the Tennessee Senate, I served as chairman of the Employer Support the Guard and Reserve Committee. During that time I worked closely with Carl Levi, who is a retired Brigadier General in the Tennessee Army National Guard.

Professionally I have known Carl in his capacity as Treasurer of the City of Chattanooga for 24 years. Carl is a man of high standards, competency and professionalism as both a leader of the National Guard and as Treasurer of the City of Chattanooga. I can recommend Carl without hesitation or reservation.

The position of County Trustee (Treasurer) needs someone like Carl Levi who will not require on the job training but one who can go to work on day one. We need someone like Carl who has the experience and expertise handling our money.

Carl Levi's experience, people skills and professionalism make him highly qualified to serve our county as Trustee. I would appreciate a vote for Carl Levi in the August 1st County General election.

Senator Marsha Blackburn: Even On Independence Day, Tennesseans Couldn’t Escape Biden’s Failures

The Fourth of July is usually a time of celebration, but this year, even the best firework displays couldn’t distract Americans from the problems caused by radicals in Washington. Grocery bills broke records this year, and travelers paid 45 percent more for airfare than they did in 2019. In response to the fuel crisis he created, Joe Biden announced a plan to offer an 18-cent ... (click for more)

Even if she would have survived ... (click for more)

Dan Fleser: Vols Baseball, Basketball Get Top Transfers

Whether it’s entire universities or individual athletes, college athletics continues to be a fluid situation. Something or someone always seems to be moving somewhere. Lookouts Rally Twice To Beat Birmingham

It’s been a tough week for the Chattanooga Lookouts, but it all ended on a positive note with a come-from-behind victory over the Birmingham Barons Sunday night at AT&T Field.
