Joseph John Feigl, 55, died on Monday, April 24, 2006.
He was born in Chicago, to the late William C. and Bertha Weseley Feigl.
He resided in Orland Park for 25 years and then moved to Rossville. He served his country in the U.S. Army stateside during the Vietnam War. He was an employee of Firestone/ Bridgestone Tire Company for 30 years. He was the service manager of the Northgate location and had worked at the Hamilton Place location as well. He attended Oakwood Baptist Church in Chickamauga, GA.
He was preceded in death by his brother, William M. Feigl.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Frances Bolt Feigl; daughter and son-in-law, Julie and Robert Squires of Plainfield, IL; sons and daughter-in-law, Joshua J. and Wendy Feigl, of Frankfort, IL, Jacob J. Feigl, of Rossville; sister, Marylyn Szymczak, of McHenry, IL; brothers, Jim Feigl, of Homer Glen, IL, Michael Feigl, of Mahomet, IlL, John Feigl of Shorewood, IL; and several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 3-9 p.m. Wednesday at Wilson Funeral Home, J. Avery Bryan Chapel in Chickamauga.
The family will receive friends Sunday from 3-9 p.m. at Modell Funeral Home in Lockport/Homer Glen, IL.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in the chapel with the Rev. Eric Cook officiating. Burial will follow at noon in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery, Elwood, IL.
