Casa-Rolls® Dinner Drive-Thru, offering a new concept in food service, will celebrate its grand opening on Aug. 31 at its location at 1414 Jenkins Road, Suite A in East Brainerd.
The Chattanooga Area Chamber of Commerce is assisting with the grand opening festivities, which begin at 11 a.m.
The store owners are Katie and Greg Grant. Greg Grant is manager of SLM Financial in Hixson, and Katie Grant is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. The Grants' son, Matt, is general manager.
Fresh, delicious, nutritious and affordable, Casa-Rolls® foods include casseroles, dinners, side dishes and appetizers, the Grants say. All are freshly made, not frozen, and available for pick up in a drive-thru or walk-in setting. Simple instructions on each package allow customers to simply bake or grill the contents and sit down to a complete home-cooked meal, even when there's "no time to cook."
"Casa-Rolls® Dinner Drive-Thru is dedicated to bringing families and friends back together around the dinner table at home," says Mrs. Grant. "With the fast pace of our lives today, the need for a healthy dinner on demand is a growing concern for lots of people."
Casa-Rolls® casseroles satisfy two to four hungry diners in the regular size and six to eight in the large size. The ready-to-bake (or grill) meals-a seasoned meat plus vegetable side dishes-feed six. Also available are salads, fresh baked rolls, and iced tea packaged in convenient sizes.
The Grants expect the Jenkins Road store to serve as a prototype for the development of a chain of Casa-Rolls® franchise operations.
"This first year we will be perfecting our model to the highest standards, which will make a Casa-Rolls® franchise a very wise business choice," Grant says. "In the near future, we will be offering this business to those who qualify, who share our vision and who are looking for a business in which to make a difference in the communities where they live."
