The Bluewater Grille menu was inspired by the culinary creations at the company’s popular seafood-oriented restaurants, A1A Ale Works and Ragtime Tavern and Seafood Grill located on the Northeast coast of Florida. In fact, the majority of the seafood items offered are handpicked in Florida, and delivered fresh to Chattanooga, officials said.
Bluewater Grille is located in the heart of downtown Chattanooga on Broad Street adjacent to Big River Grille and Brewing Works in the Trolley Barn building. The restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The bar is open all day and late night seven days a week. Reservations are accepted and encouraged.
