SunBest Management Inc. announced that it has purchased a multi-tenant commercial building located at 1846 Market St.
Officials said the building was purchased as revitalization efforts for the area continue and plans are underway to bring three national franchise restaurants to the South Market Street area gateway in 2008.
SunBest Management Inc. currently owns
and manages the neighboring property of Days Inn, located at 101 East 20th Street and Market, exit I-78 off I-24, and has just finished a multi-million-dollar renovation of the property.
