Thank You To Rio Picante

  • Monday, December 15, 2008

I wanted to send out a very special thank you to Rio Picante restaurant here in Chattanooga. They hosted a social gathering benefit organized by the "Chattanooga Friends" group which raised over $650 for our local Ronald McDonald House Charities.

Mike Combe is one of the owners of Rio and he and his staff were absolutely great to our group and I just wanted to publicly thank him for his support. This was the first of many social events that our group Chattanooga Friends plans to have to benefit Ronald McDonald House Charities here in town.

"Chattanooga Friends" is a group that provides Chattanoogans opportunities to meet new people and socialize at planned events while serving our community and making a difference in the lives of the children and families served by the Ronald McDonald House of Greater Chattanooga.
